1. Initial Consultation and Inspiration Gathering
We will initiate the process with an initial consultation to comprehensively understand your requirements and timeline. During this stage, we will also gather any design inspiration you may have, which could include images, references to existing jewelry, or your personal concepts.
2. Material Confirmation
We will engage in a detailed discussion regarding the materials to be utilized in crafting your piece, encompassing choices such as various types of precious metals (e.g., gold or platinum) and gemstones (e.g., diamonds or emeralds). Additionally, we will ascertain whether any materials need to be sourced specifically for your project.
3. Professional Design
Our professional designers will develop both hand-drawn and CAD designs of your product, based on the inspirations and specifications you provide. This design process is interactive, allowing for modifications in accordance with your feedback. Please be advised that there is a $50 upfront fee for CAD designs, which will be reimbursed if you decide to place an order.
4. Final Quotation and Payment
Upon finalization of the design, we will provide a comprehensive quotation for your approval. Subsequently, a custom order will be generated for payment processing.
5. Production and Quality Inspection
Following payment, our skilled artisans will commence the creation of your piece, meticulously executing the 3D model with the chosen materials. Typically, this process extends over 2-3 weeks; however, certain products may necessitate additional time contingent upon material availability. Upon completion, a rigorous quality inspection is conducted to ensure the impeccable craftsmanship of your jewelry.
6. Delivery and Satisfaction Guarantee
Photos of the completed piece can be provided for your approval prior to shipping upon request. Your jewelry will be dispatched via USPS First Class (3-5 business days). For your complete peace of mind, we offer a complimentary lifetime warranty.
