The 30-day period begins on the confirmed delivery date (the date the shipping carrier's tracking shows the package was received by you).
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned under the following conditions:
● Shipping Deadline: The return package must be shipped back and the valid tracking number provided to us within 30 calendar days from the original delivery date.
● Condition: Items must be in their original purchase condition, unworn, and undamaged, and accompanied by all original packaging, documentation (e.g., certificates, appraisal reports), and tags.
Customer Costs
● The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and securing appropriate insurance for the return shipment.
