Our return & exchange policy is designed with your satisfaction as our top priority.

1. NON-CUSTOM items can be returned within 30 days less a restocking fee and shipping fee (15% of the total price for each ring), and all items are required personal sizing and metal for you, so I am not able to issue full refunds.

2. Custom items cannot be returned. (Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, including full eternity, engraved items, and special size rings(Over 9US or Less than 3US).

Attention:

* Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.

* I don't accept the return which EXCEEDS the return period.

* Contact me for approval before your return and instructions.

* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.
