Jackie is great at ensuring customers are happy. She sent me pictures of my sapphire for approval before making the ring. I will say that the stone is much darker than the pictured stone but nevertheless it is beautiful and unique.

The ring and other stones are radiant and match the stone perfectly. The ring I received matched the picture and I was happy with my purchase.
