We provide secure, trackable, and insured shipping for all Nobel Yates orders.
United States and Canada
We offer free standard shipping on all orders shipped to eligible addresses in the United States and Canada, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Standard shipping generally takes 3–7 business days after shipment. We may use USPS, Purolator, Canada Post, or another insured carrier based on the destination, order value, and service availability. High-value shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping may be available for an additional fee. Available services, estimated delivery times, and charges will be displayed at checkout or confirmed by our customer service team.
Expedited shipping shortens transit time only. It does not automatically shorten order processing or jewelry production time. If you need your order by a specific date, please contact us before ordering to confirm availability.
Processing and Production Time
Processing and production time are separate from shipping time. Made-to-order and custom jewelry may require additional production time, as stated on the product page, quote, or order confirmation.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier operations, customs, weather, holidays, address verification, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment. Track Your Order

Other International Destinations
We ship to selected destinations outside the United States and Canada. Available shipping methods, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout.
International shipping generally takes 5–21 business days after shipment, depending on the destination, selected service, carrier operations, and customs clearance.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Free shipping covers standard shipping charges only. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, recipients are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST/HST, brokerage fees, and other charges imposed by the destination country or carrier.
We must declare the accurate purchase value on customs documents and cannot mark an order as a gift or declare a lower value.
If a shipment is refused or returned because applicable charges are unpaid, related return shipping, customs, and handling costs may be deducted from any refund where permitted by law.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly and retain all packaging and shipping materials. We may request photographs, tracking records, or other information needed to process a carrier or insurance claim.
If a shipment is confirmed lost or damaged in transit, we will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable law.
