1.Finding your dream ring begins with determining your ring size. The right ring size should be able to pass over your knuckle. It's normal for the ring to feel tight when going over the knuckle. You can buy our Ring Size Gauge. This plastic tool is designed to precisely measure the size of your finger. You'll need to adjust the size of the gauge until it fits, but make sure you can slide it off smoothly. If you are comfortable, the mark on the gauge will be your ring size.

2.If you're thinking about how to measure ring size at home, here are the steps:
①Wrap a string or a piece of paper around the base of your finger.
②Use a pen to mark the spot where the ends come together.
③Measure the string or paper with a ruler (in millimeters) and then divide by 3.14 (or Pi) to obtain the diameter of the ring.
④Select the measurement closest to yours on the ring size chart to determine your ring size.

3.Ring Size Chart

  At Nobel Yates, our Lifetime Warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship, but not wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.

Domestic

The primary courier service utilized within the United States is USPS(Free Shipping). The cost of upgrading rates range from $20 to $50,every package needs to be insured and signed.

International

We have chosen FedEx for international express delivery.Local duties and import taxes may apply in addition to our charges: you will be responsible for any customs duties or clearance for all international shipments. 

Insurance and Tracking

Once your order is placed and payment is received, your order will be shipped as soon as it is ready. You will be emailed with a tracking number for the package. The package will be fully insured for transit and will require a signature for when it arrives.

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.  I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Our return & exchange policy is designed with your satisfaction as our top priority.

1.NON-CUSTOM items can be returned within 30 days less a restocking fee and shipping fee (15% of the total price for each ring), and all items are required personal sizing and metal for you, so I am not able to issue full refunds.

2.Custom items cannot be returned. (Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, including full eternity, engraved items, and special size rings(Over 9US or Less than 3US).
