What Our Lifetime Warrant Covers?
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Please note that this warranty does not cover everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse or accident, or any modifications or repairs made by another jeweler.

Our team will review your request and explain the next steps. Please contact us before sending your jewelry.

Assessment and resolution
A physical inspection may be needed to determine coverage. After assessment, we will explain our findings and the proposed resolution.
Shipping & Timing
You are responsible for shipping costs to and from Nobel Yates. Please package your jewelry securely and use a tracked, appropriately insured service.
Please allow at least three weeks for processing. We will provide an estimated timeframe after reviewing your request. International shipping may add time and costs.
Eligibility & Care
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. Proof of purchase from nobelyates.com is required.
Orders placed through NyFineJewelry or Etsy are subject to the warranty terms provided by that seller and sales channel.
We recommend having your jewelry inspected and cleaned every six months. This is a care recommendation, not a condition of warranty coverage.
This warranty does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
