Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns & exchanges

Our return & exchange policy is designed with your satisfaction as our top priority.
NON-CUSTOM items can be returned within 30 days less a restocking fee and shipping fee (15% of the total price for each ring), and all items are required personal sizing and metal for you, so I am not able to issue full refunds.

Custom items cannot be returned. (Custom is considered anything we have designed for you, including full eternity, engraved items, and special size rings(Over 9US or Less than 3US).

* Damaged or worn items will not be accepted for return or exchange.
* I don't accept the return which EXCEEDS the return period.
* Contact me for approval before your return and instructions.
* Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Can I CANCEL the order before the item was shipped out?

Please contact me within 24 hours if you want to cancel the order. I do not carry any stock, all items are made to order. If the order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $100.

A CUSTOM ITEM cannot be returned. If the custom order exceeds 24 hours, I will subject to a restocking fee of $200.
